Membership vs Insurance

At Health in Balance, comprehensive wellness solutions tailored to individual needs are essential. We do accept most major insurances but sometimes it may be more affordable to be self-pay. Our membership options cost less than the average co-pay, and you can receive adjustments at your pace for an affordable price. Keep in mind insurance does not pay for massage therapy and infrared saunas. Dr. Waldo will help you decide what is best financially for you. The pricing below is for existing patients.

Health in Balance Membership Options

Minimum 3-month commitment

Option 1: $79 per Month
- 3 routine adjustments a month*
- $29 each additional adjustment that month
Option 2: $65 per Month
- 2 routine adjustments a month*
- $29 each additional adjustment that month
  Both Options Include:
- 10% off Massage Therapy Services
- $25 for Standard 30-Min Infrared Sauna
- 15% off all online supplement orders

*Adjustments do not rollover

$95 Annual Club fee
$29 each adjustment all year long
Perfect for those that want to come in on their own pace

The Oasis Club (TOC)

$95 Annual Club Fee. Once a club member you qualify for special pricing for one year.

- Packages expire in 6 months
RECOVERY/RELAXATION/DETOXIFICATION Month for $149:
- Up to 12 Infrared Sauna Sessions in 30 days
- Does not auto-renew but you can re-sign up
- Guests for this sauna package incur $25 fee (normally $10)

Easily book your appointments on your phone, tablet, or computer
Sign up for autopayments or make payments through your profile
Receive text and/or email appointment reminders. OR, log in to your account to see your appointments

No paper is needed – all paperwork is online. JANE has bank-level security with 256-bit encryption

Tips for the Office:

We are located directly next to Kindercare.
You can book appointments through JANE, by calling/texting 847-741-3355, or by emailing [email protected]
After your booking you may receive a confirmation email that will contain a link titled “Intake Form”. Complete your username/password for your patient portal (if you have not done so already). Then follow the instructions to complete your Intake Form that is needed for your patient profile.
Your Patient Portal is very important. This is where you can book your own appointments, pay your bills, find any intake forms that need to be completed, and more.
As part of our efforts to reduce waste, we will now be sending invoices and statements electronically via email to all customers who have an email on file with us. You can also sign up for autopayments to simplify your checkout experience.
