At Health in Balance, comprehensive wellness solutions tailored to individual needs are essential. Our membership options cost less than the average co-pay, and you can receive adjustments at your pace for an affordable price. The pricing below is for existing patients.

  • $60/Month for 2 routine adjustments per month
  • $25 each additional visit
  • 3-Month commitment
  • $100/Month for up to 5 routine adjustments per month
  • $25 each additional visit
  • 3-Month commitment
  • $150 annual membership fee for 18+ years of age
  • $100 annual membership fee for 0-17 years of age
  • $25 each adjustment all year long
  • Perfect for those that want to come in on their own pace
  • Examples compared to normal $45 adjustment cost:
    • $40/visit for 10 adjustments
    • $35/visit for 15 adjustments
    • $31.25 for 24 adjustments
  • Easily book your appointments on your phone, tablet, or computer
  • Sign up for autopayments or make payments through your profile
  • Receive text and/or email appointment reminders. OR, log in to your account to see your appointments
  • No paper is needed – all paperwork is online. JANE has bank-level security with 256-bit encryption

 Tips for the New Office:

We are located directly next to Kindercare.

You can book appointments through JANE, by calling/texting 847-741-3355, or by emailing [email protected]

After your booking you may receive a confirmation email that will contain a link titled “Intake Form”. Complete your username/password for your patient portal (if you have not done so already). Then follow the instructions to complete your Intake Form that is needed for your patient profile.

Your Patient Portal is very important. This is where you can book your own appointments, pay your bills, find any intake forms that need to be completed, and more.

As part of our efforts to reduce waste, we will now be sending invoices and statements electronically via email to all customers who have an email on file with us. You can also sign up for autopayments to simplify your checkout experience.
